Joseph A. Sclafani has more than 40 years of domestic and international experience in strategic management, the planning and management of organizational change, and individual and
group coaching within public and private sector enterprises. Dr. Sclafani’s international career includes a succession of senior leadership positions in the UN system in Sudan, Bangladesh, and
New York, and in several USAID-funded international health projects. His domestic career has included the executive management of financial services marketing operations, organizational
change consulting, and the provision of over 3,000 hours of coaching to clients in corporate, higher education, non-profit, and government organizations.

Joe has a PhD in sociology from Brown University, and a MBA from Columbia University.
He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He’s been a WIAL Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) since 2008.
