PAST EVENT RECORDINGS: WIAL USA COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE (CoP)
The WIAL-USA Coaches Committee identifies and meets the needs of Certified Action Learning Coaches along with those interested in Action Learning. This includes the development of our skill sets and motivation to include Action Learning in our practice. We foster a learning forum and connect participants to events and resources that support the growth and development of the action learning community. We do this by:
- Developing ourselves as practitioners
- Expanding our network of like-minded professionals
- Exploring ways to grow our business revenue
